The Grant Museum of Zoology and Comparative Anatomy is one of the oldest natural history museums in England. The Museum’s Spirit Collection (specimens stored in preserving fluid) was poorly documented and cared for. As a first step towards addressing the conservation needs of the Collection, a grant from The Pilgrim Trust has been used to improve the records and images of the specimens.
