Educational work with women at HMP Downview
The Prisoners’ Education Trust provides learning opportunities for offenders in custody through its distance learning programmes, mentoring, championing prisoner learning and through-the-gate support. The Pilgrim Trust is supporting ‘Project Stretch’, a project designed to help female prisoners acquire the skills and qualifications for a successful return to the community upon release.
