
Grant Claims
This page is for our current grant holders and includes information on how to submit a grant claim via our grants management system, report on the progress of your project and details about the use of our logo. If you have read all the information and remain unsure about the claim and reporting process please contact us via email on grantholder@thepilgrimtrust.org.uk
Grantees will need to submit all their grant claims using the Pilgrim Trust’s online grant management system, Flexigrant.

Grant contract
When you were awarded a grant you were issued with a grant offer letter setting out the terms and conditions of the grant and any special terms associated with your grant would have been added to our standard terms and conditions. Grant acceptance and BACS forms were included with that letter. You must return your grant acceptance and BACS form to us before claiming a grant payment. Please note during the current circumstances we can only accept signed/scanned copies of the terms.
Evaluation
All grant-holders are asked to submit project reports. These reports are essential as they show whether the project’s initial aims and objectives have been (or are being) met. They help to set outcomes and targets for subsequent work and are also a useful way of highlighting successes and lessons learnt.
Publicity
You may wish to use our logo to acknowledge our contribution to your project in promotional materials. Please email us and we will be able to supply you with a version of the logo in an appropriate format.
