Being a member of the Corston Independent Funders’ Coalition

The coalition was formed by many funders and grant makers to advocate for the recommendations made by Baroness Corston in her 2006 report on women in the criminal justice system. We joined in 2008, reflecting our focus on supporting women in prison, especially considering the effects of the criminal justice system on mothers and children.
