Getting started
Here you can find useful tips on getting started with your grant, how to claim and report on your grant and how to share news about your grant. Our Grantholder FAQs include further tips on managing your grant.
If you are thinking about applying for a grant, this information will help you know what we expect from our grant holders.
Accepting your grant offer
If your grant is approved, you’ll receive an offer letter via email. You’ll need to:
- Return our terms and conditions signed by one of the authorised signatories identified in your application
- Send us a scanned/electronic copy of a recent bank statement/paying-in slip. It needs to show the following details about the account of the organisation receiving the grant:
- Account name
- Account number
- Sort code
- Bank name and address
Setting up your Flexi-Grant accounts
You can use our Flexi-Grant online grants system to access information and make reports and claims. Each team member – usually a lead contact and a second person – needs to register for their own Flexi-Grant account. Please don’t share login details.
Changing your Flexi-Grant account holders
If you need to make changes to the team members with access, email us on grantholders@thepilgrimtrust.org.uk. You’ll need to provide:
- Details of the new person needing access
- Details of the person no longer needing access
- The reason for the change
- Your bespoke reference number
Keeping in touch
When getting in touch, quote your reference number. You’ll find this in your grant application and offer letter (it begins S1, S2 or SC).
