FAQs for grantholders
Below are the answers to questions we are frequently asked by grantholders. If your question isn’t answered, send it to info@thepilgrimtrust.org.uk.
Can I apply for a grant increase?
It’s unusual for us to award grant increases due to the demand on our funds. If you have an urgent case, email our Director: sue@thepilgrimtrust.org.uk.
Can I make another application while I have a live funded application?
Can I apply more than once to the Trust?
If the person who made the application leaves, can I log in as them to administer the grant and make grant claims?
No. It’s important that you don’t use someone else’s Flexi-Grant log-on. You need your own account. Please follow the instructions on Getting Started that shows you set up your own Flexi-Grant account and then change the account holder.
Can I apply to extend the time of my grant period?
Yes. We consider extensions on grant periods on a case-by-case basis. Email your Grant Manager to explain your circumstances.
How do I update details about my organisation? For example: a change of organisation name, a new address or new contact details.
Email any changes to: grantholders@thepilgrimtrust.org.uk. We’ll update your application and organisation’s record on Flexi-Grant.
I’m making a final report and claim for my grant. Do I need a different report template from the progress report template?
No. Just use the progress report template or upload a standalone document.
